My review of Diana Labrum CHT

I was told about Diana Labrum (Hypnosis) thru two friends that went to her to stop smoking-- they met her in her office and felt very comfortable and at ease. That was over a year ago-when they stepped out of her office that day- their temtpation to smoke was GONE !They have continued on that journey and have not smoked since. I called her and asked if she could do a 'phone session ', seeing how i live further away, and she does ! I wanted to eat healthier foods,smaller portions and eliminate certain foods from my eating habits.Stop carbs and sugar; eat only when i was hungry ! Also to not drink wine every day. When the whole session was over with, I felt something positive happening within and the urge to eat some of the foods we talked about actually WENT away ! I can look at them and NOT want to indulge-WOW! I am loosing weight and feel healthier and some of the stress even in my life has even been released some. I do listen to her CD's every day ; anyone can purchased them on her web site-it only takes 15 minutes of your day and you feel great.
